2. About Our Services

Alpha Step Co-Living provides furnished shared residential housing in Rochester & Monroe County, New York. We are a housing provider, not a treatment facility. We do not provide detoxification, medical, therapy, counseling, or clinical treatment services. Any references to recovery or sober living describe the residential environment only.

3. Inquiries & Applications

Submitting an inquiry or application through our website is a request for information and does not guarantee placement. All placements are subject to:

• A completed phone screening with our admissions team.
• A determination that shared housing is an appropriate fit.
• Available space in a suitable home.
• Signing a written resident agreement before move-in.

Exact home addresses are shared only after screening to protect the privacy and safety of current residents.

4. Housing Fees

The monthly housing fee depends on the available home and sleeping arrangement and is discussed by phone. We do not publish a dollar amount on this website. Any fees, deposits, and payment schedules are confirmed in writing as part of the resident agreement.

5. Resident Conduct

Residents agree to abide by the community guidelines and house rules outlined in the resident agreement, including maintaining a substance-free environment, respecting housemates, observing quiet hours, and contributing to shared responsibilities. Violations may result in warnings or termination of residency as described in that agreement.

6. Fair Housing

We comply with the Fair Housing Act and applicable state and local fair housing laws. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, familial status, national origin, disability, or any other protected class.

7. Website Use

You agree to use this website lawfully and not to misuse it, including attempting to disrupt service, submit false or misleading information, or access areas not intended for public use.
